By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the risks described below.

1. General Financial Risk

Participation in prediction markets involves a high level of financial risk.

You may lose 100% of the funds you deposit.

Contract prices may change quickly and unpredictably. No strategy guarantees profit.

The Platform does not guarantee capital preservation or a positive financial outcome.

2. Prediction Market Risk

Prediction markets are based on future events that are inherently uncertain.

You understand that:

• an event outcome may be unexpected;
• markets may react emotionally or speculatively;
• collective probability estimates may be wrong;
• your own risk assessment may be incorrect.

Past performance is not an indicator of future results.

3. Liquidity Risk

Market liquidity may be limited.

You may:

• be unable to close a position when desired;
• receive a price significantly worse than expected;
• incur losses due to wide spreads.

The Platform does not guarantee the availability of a counterparty for any trade.

4. Smart Contract Risk

Smart contracts are an experimental technology.

• ambiguity in criteria;
• manipulation of information flows.

Resolution decisions are final under the Terms of Service.

8. Regulatory Risk

Legal regulation of crypto assets and prediction markets is uncertain and may change.

There is a risk of:

• introduction of new restrictions;
• restricted access to the service;
• fund freezes under regulatory requirements;
• complete shutdown of the Platform.

Platform access may be limited in certain jurisdictions.

9. Sanctions Risk

The Platform complies with sanctions restrictions.

If sanctions violations or compliance issues are detected:

• access may be restricted immediately;
• funds may be temporarily frozen;
• additional information may be requested.

10. Technical and Operational Risk

11. Risk of Loss of Access

You are responsible for the security of your account.

Loss of access to:

• email;

The Platform does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for determining your tax obligations.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

• acknowledge the financial risks;
• accept the possibility of total loss of funds;
